This
is a forgotten desert somewhere on the lost continent of Lereina. Once,
in the distant past, there grew a subtropical forest here, and various
critters of the land inhabited these climes. Long gone are those days
now, and only the petrified chunks of foregone trees - the giants of
the wastes pay witness to storms of sand and earth, like wispy wraiths,
the silent scourges of the vast steppe.
